LifeShield respects your right to control your personal information. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
You can delete your account directly in the app: More → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. Alternatively, contact us at support@lifeshield.space.
Upon deletion, LifeShield will permanently remove: user profile information, email address, phone number, Family Circle associations, location history, stored documents, medical information, emergency contact information, and all user-generated content.
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable laws, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, or security investigations. Retained information will be securely deleted when no longer required.
Deletion requests are generally completed within 30 days.
