LifeShield is a personal and family safety assistance platform.
LifeShield is NOT a law enforcement agency, emergency response provider, medical service, government authority, or replacement for emergency services.
The SOS feature is designed to help users notify trusted contacts during emergencies. However, LifeShield does not guarantee delivery of SOS alerts, receipt of notifications, availability of mobile networks, GPS signals, or internet services, or response by family members or emergency contacts.
Users should immediately contact local emergency services: 112 (EU), 911 (US), 999 (UK), 000 (AU), or other local emergency numbers. Users must not rely solely on LifeShield for emergency assistance.
LifeShield shall not be liable for delayed emergency communications, failed SOS notifications, injury, property damage, loss of life, or any consequences resulting from failure to receive or respond to alerts. Use of the SOS feature is entirely at the user's own risk.
