Family Sharing Policy

Effective Date: July 6, 2026

LifeShield enables users to create Family Circles and share selected information with trusted family members.

Voluntary Participation

Participation in Family Sharing is entirely voluntary. Users choose which family members to invite, what information to share, whether location sharing is enabled, and whether emergency information is visible.

Shared Information

Depending on settings, Family Circle members may view: current location, location history, SOS alerts, emergency contact information, medical information voluntarily provided by the user, and selected profile information.

User Control

Users may remove family members, disable location sharing, leave a Family Circle, or delete their account at any time.

Privacy

LifeShield does not make Family Circle information publicly available. Shared information is only visible to authorized members selected by the user.

Responsibility

Users are responsible for choosing trusted family members, managing sharing permissions, and verifying information accuracy. LifeShield is not responsible for misuse of shared information by invited Family Circle members.
