By downloading or using LifeShield, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
LifeShield is a personal safety assistance platform and not a security, law enforcement, emergency response, healthcare, insurance, or government service.
LifeShield is a family safety platform designed to help individuals and families manage personal safety information, share locations with trusted family members, store important documents, access emergency tools, and receive safety-related information.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account credentials, notify LifeShield immediately of unauthorized access, and be responsible for all activities under your account.
You are solely responsible for choosing whom to invite into your Family Circle, managing permissions, and ensuring that shared information is accurate.
The SOS feature is provided on a best-effort basis and should not be considered a substitute for emergency services. Always contact local emergency services (112/911/999) directly when possible.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, harass or endanger others, upload malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse SOS features by submitting false emergency reports.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." LifeShield makes no warranties regarding availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeShield shall not be liable for personal injury, death, property damage, data loss, missed SOS notifications, or delayed emergency communications. In no event shall total liability exceed the amount paid by the user during the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
